Homelander Refuses Jerk4Kirk

Text on the meme

“No I’m not participating in Jerk4Kirk on January 6th”

What it means

A close-up video of Homelander from The Boys shows him nervously looking toward another person while the caption says he will not participate in “Jerk4Kirk” on January 6th. The absurdly specific refusal combines sexual internet humor with a politically charged date, making the uneasy expression work as a deadpan reaction. Devi McCallion’s “I Want Things To Be Beautiful” plays underneath, adding a dreamy, melancholic electronic-pop mood that contrasts humorously with the uncomfortable joke.
