Today I married someone I don’t really know that well, not for love but to start a dropshipping business empire! Marriage is supposed to be about business but in the modern era we have bastardized it completely. We wanted to get that trad influencer clout as test focus groups showed that may be the demographic most interested in buying our product. The guests were of course all paid crisis actors with experience in major events. We also experimented with adding tens of thousands of guests in post, hiring the CGI artists who produced the battle scenes in the lord of the rings films to create horrific dance floor scenes that extended way beyond the horizon, but decided this would be too alienating to most people who can’t afford to have 25,000 or more wedding guests. But you must be wondering, why are we telling you this? The data shows the audience likes to be involved in behind the scenes production and creators who are more open about their lives may perform better. The role of the influencer is changing! Let’s celebrate that :)
What it means

A staged wedding photo is presented as an absurd influencer marketing experiment. The couple supposedly married for dropshipping, hired paid crisis actors, and digitally added thousands of guests, parodying influencer culture, engagement bait, and overproduced behind-the-scenes content.
