Cat Shirt Therapy Compliment

Text on the meme

A lady with her kid complimented me on my shirt as I was walking into therapy

What it means

A person wearing an oversized white shirt with a large black-and-white cat printed on it stands indoors, wearing pink clogs. The joke is that a woman and her child complimented the shirt while the wearer was entering therapy, implying the oddly intense cat shirt is part of their therapeutic situation.
