Dream Car With Cat Rupert

Text on the meme

hey /o/ what's your dream car? mines is a Alfa Romeo Montreal witth a picture of my cat rupert on the front, here it is

What it means

An orange Alfa Romeo Montreal is displayed with a picture of a cat named Rupert attached to its hood. The joke is the absurdly personalized dream car, presented as if this strange modification were completely normal. It works as a humorous reaction to questions about ideal cars or eccentric personal tastes.
