Silly Cat Meets Invisible Glass

Text on the meme

Silly cat doesn’t understand glass

What it means

A curious calico-and-white cat sits behind a glass tabletop while a person places a small piece of food above the glass. The cat repeatedly stares at, follows, and tries to reach the apparently floating treat, unable to understand why it cannot grab it. Eric Prydz & Empire Of The Sun’s “We Are Mirage” plays underneath, adding an upbeat electronic mood that makes the cat’s confused movements feel even more absurd and dramatic.
