No Yes Me Sitting Posture
NO YES 30° > 50 cm ME
A posture diagram contrasts an incorrect desk setup with a proper ergonomic workstation, while the person labeled “ME” is shown sitting in a bizarre, upside-down position. The joke is that despite knowing the correct posture guidelines, the person actually sits in the least ergonomic way possible. It is used as a self-deprecating reaction to bad habits or ignoring sensible advice.
