Green Plus Blue Equals Bleen

Text on the meme

green + blue → bleen Artist

What it means

An uncanny masked artist paints while a diagram shows green plus blue becoming “bleen.” The joke is the absurdly confident misspelling and the surreal image of an artist presenting a made-up color, used as a reaction to bad logic or creative nonsense.
