Playing With Alligators Like Cats

Text on the meme

I usually do this with my cat but i guess you can do it with gators...

What it means

A laser dot moves across a murky, flooded swamp while several alligators appear to follow or investigate it. The joke treats dangerously luring alligators with a laser pointer as if they were household cats chasing one, making the situation absurd and reckless.
