A brightly colored rooster waits inside a hotel elevator, then walks out into the tiled hallway while the camera follows it. The joke is that the hotel has an unusually literal and noisy wake-up service: instead of a phone call, a rooster comes to crow at the guest. The audio reinforces the punchline with loud rooster crowing and the elevator door opening, with no apparent music.
