Joy and Whimsy Tomorrow

Text on the meme

does anyone know if we have joy and whimsy tomorrow always

What it means

A small tabby-and-white kitten reaches one paw through the bars of a cage and looks directly at the viewer with wide, pleading eyes. The joke is that the kitten confidently answers “always” to whether there will be joy and whimsy tomorrow, making the image a cute, optimistic reaction to hopeful plans or questions.
