Us Sharing One Brain Cell

A small white-and-black dog lies stretched out on a city sidewalk while a tabby cat sits on its back, and the dog gradually looks toward the camera. The caption “us” turns the oddly comfortable animal friendship into a relatable joke about inseparable friends or partners who support each other in an absurdly dependent way. The clip is set to Adrián Berenguer’s “Little Things,” whose gentle, sentimental instrumental mood makes the silly scene feel unexpectedly tender and wholesome.
