Trump Hears a Kitty Whisper

Text on the meme

"THE Kitty Cat WHISPERED TO Me " Mrrrp meow meow *purring* I WHISPERED BACK, Omgg Kitty hiiiiii"

What it means

Donald Trump sits sternly in the rain while a caption describes a kitty cat whispering to him and him whispering back. The joke comes from contrasting Trump's serious expression and dramatic setting with an overly cute cat interaction, making it useful as an absurd reaction to something unexpectedly adorable.
