Text on the meme

pov: you’re about to experience the worst depressive episode of your entire life Realizing life is literally just what U make of it

What it means

A social media screenshot contrasts a warning about experiencing the worst depressive episode of your life with a silhouetted person breaking free from chains at sunset. The punchline is the ironic realization that life is shaped by your own choices, presented as an overly inspirational response to severe depression.
