UK Government iTunes Gift Card Scam
8989 787 0098 Hello I am the UK goverment you need to pay £1500 iTunes gift card to me or you are under the rest
A fake text message claims to be from the UK government and demands a £1500 iTunes gift card, threatening the recipient with arrest. The misspelling “goverment” and absurd scam demand make it funny, so people send this as a reaction to obvious scams or ridiculous threats.
