What it means

A phone Messages screenshot shows someone asking their mother to let their cousin watch anime on a computer. The mother sends a photo of three colorful magical girls, implying she accidentally chose an adult or otherwise embarrassing anime from the sender’s library; the joke is the panic caused by a family member seeing the wrong show.
