Blaming the French for Bad Urbanism

A muscular man intensely researches Le Corbusier at a computer, surrounded by drinks and electronics. The joke is that someone blames their frustrations with car-dependent, unwalkable cities on the French architect, humorously turning urban-planning research into a search for someone to blame.
