New Way to Generate Energy

Text on the meme

I made a new way to generate energy New or steam Steam

What it means

A man announces that he has invented a new way to generate energy, while a woman asks whether it is new or steam. The punchline cuts to a nuclear power plant diagram and reveals that the supposedly innovative method is simply steam power, mocking overhyped innovation and sending it as a reaction to ideas that are less original than claimed.
