EN: A turtle moves across a wooden floor indoors while riding a tiny skateboard. A tabby cat watches nearby, and the turtle appears to be mastering the board despite moving very slowly. The exaggerated caption “It might be the fastest in the world” is funny because of the contrast between the tiny board, the turtle’s slow pace, and the grand claim. The music and the sliding or scraping sounds make the turtle’s walk feel like a serious skateboarding performance.
