Alien Microservices Message
IT CAME TO THEM WITH A MESSAGE. BUT THEY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ITS ALIEN LANGUAGE A microservices architecture is only necessary in a large, complex dev environment. Most shops would be better off just using simple monoliths following SOLID principles and keep benefits from frequent small deployments FUCKING WHAT?
An alien arrives in a flying saucer and delivers a technically detailed message about microservices, monoliths, SOLID principles, and frequent deployments. The humans cannot understand the alien’s language and react with “FUCKING WHAT?”, parodying how software engineering jargon can sound completely alien to ordinary people. It is used as a reaction to confusing technical explanations or incomprehensible jargon.
