Trump Declares Assembly and Perl
THE WHITE HOUSE I hereby declare that all C++ code will now be written in Assembly and Perl. All persons found to violate this order will be forced to debug 150,000 lines of Javascript.

The fake order humorously declares that C++ code must be written in Assembly and Perl, threatening anyone who disobeys with an enormous JavaScript debugging task. It is used as a reaction to absurd programming mandates, language wars, or frustrating codebase decisions.
