I Love JPEG

Text on the meme

I ♥ JPEG JPEG is a timeless classic that brought joy to billions of people. Other image formats are not needed. PNG WEBP AVIF JXL

What it means

A deliberately outdated-looking graphic declares love for JPEG and dismisses newer image formats such as PNG, WebP, AVIF, and JXL. The joke is playful format tribalism and exaggerated nostalgia for JPEG, sent as a reaction when someone insists that one familiar format is superior.
