Text on the meme

Eu só acredito vendo 😀😀😀😀😀 Eu vendo;Não acredito ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

What it means

EN: A green parrot is perched on a person’s shoulder outdoors, moving its head and speaking throughout the video. The caption plays on the expression “I only believe it when I see it”: even after seeing the parrot talk, the person still says they do not believe it, while the childlike speech and parrot sounds make the situation even funnier and more absurd.

Sound
