Text on the meme

Me and her after the lobotomy

What it means

A suited cat and a woman in a pink dress perform an awkward, energetic dance in a living room. The caption jokes that a lobotomy has left both people mentally vacant and acting absurdly, making the bizarre dance a reaction to feeling completely brainless. The upbeat, goofy music intensifies the surreal punchline and makes the clip useful as an absurd reaction meme.
