Calling My Best Friend to Annoy Them

Text on the meme

Me in 50 years, calling my best friend just to annoy them:

What it means

An elderly woman in a home picks up a telephone and talks on it while standing beside a table with another vintage phone. The joke imagines the speaker becoming an old woman who still calls their best friend purely to bother them; the ringing phone and exaggeratedly determined call make the harmless annoyance funny.
