Just Be Happy Depression Meme

Text on the meme

Tired of being depressed? Just be happy

What it means

A bored-looking yellow cartoon ball gestures with open hands while wearing boots, then the clip cuts to him sitting outdoors with coffee and donuts. The joke mocks simplistic advice for depression—telling someone to “just be happy”—followed by a resigned, emotionally numb reaction.
