EN: The screenshot shows the old website of the JLayer project, an MP3 decoder, player, and converter library for Java. The joke is that the caption laments the loss of proper audio decoders, while the image nostalgically presents a long-abandoned site for an old Java project. The meme is used as a reaction to declining quality or the disappearance of familiar technologies.
