Americans Ask If Math Is Racist
Asians: Programming is easy Europeans: Programming is hard Americans: IS MATH RACIST? Watters’ World
A satirical Fox News-style split-screen shows a male TV host and a woman beneath the caption “Americans,” followed by the chyron “IS MATH RACIST?” The joke mocks perceived American political debates that frame ordinary subjects like mathematics as questions of racism, contrasting them with simplistic stereotypes about Asians and Europeans. It is used as an absurd reaction to over-the-top identity-politics arguments.
