EN: A vintage advertisement shows a man carrying away a disk drive while leaving the large computer on the desk. The slogan says to “leave the computer and take the drive,” which looks absurd today because the supposedly portable drive is enormous and has tiny storage capacity. The meme is used as an ironic reaction to moving data or outdated technology.
