Lambda function with extra steps

Text on the meme

"I ping my lambda function every 15 minutes to make sure it's always warm" Well that just sounds like a server with extra steps

What it means

Rick and Morty sit in a spaceship while Rick explains that he pings a lambda function every 15 minutes to keep it warm. The joke is that this is simply a server with extra steps, mocking overly elaborate solutions to prevent cold starts in serverless computing.
