Fifteen-Year Staircase Project
15 Year work in progress. Artist in background
A wooden staircase railing has been intricately carved into an extremely thin, twisting shape over fifteen years. The joke is the absurdly slow and overly ambitious craftsmanship, with the hidden artist implied to be working in the background. It is used as a reaction to long-running projects or someone taking an absurd amount of time to finish something.
