I HATE THAT BLUE HEDGEHOG!

What it means

A grotesquely enlarged red-suited Dr. Eggman sits above a blue-haired anime girl who resembles Rei Ayanami. The joke contrasts Eggman’s exaggerated hatred of Sonic with the girl’s serious expression, making it useful as an absurd reaction image for disliking someone or something intensely.
