Geoffrey Ultra Beans Delivers Cocaine

hello everyone here is an original character called Geoffrey Ultra Beans (he is delivering cocaine to south manchester)

A black-and-white Mickey Mouse cartoon character steers a ship while the caption introduces the supposedly original character Geoffrey Ultra Beans, who is delivering cocaine to South Manchester. The joke comes from absurdly reframing a famous vintage cartoon scene as a suspicious drug-delivery mission, using a deliberately over-specific name and location as a reaction to something chaotic or ridiculous.
