If Poland Were a TV Series

IF POLAND WERE A TV SERIES The original version that everyone forgot about. It lasted short time because the original creators had a fight and it all went to shit. A remake that people approached with caution, but that had potential. Excellent second season in joint production with Lithuania. Huge success on eastern markets. Beginning of director's conflict with the cast. Takeoff air. Rival studios are fighting for the rights to the series. A failed, amateur fan production. A remake for overseas markets created by a studio that acquired the rights in controversial circumstances, and which is considered a complete desecration of the original material by fans. It returned to television thanks to a petition from millions of the roots fans. Controversial and violent finale, almost taken off air again. The current season, a return to the roots. Heavily mixed reviews. The controversial romance plot that is demanded by a narrow group of fans. The rest reaction that it wouldn't make sense plot-wise and would be on pair with the Game of Thrones.

EN: The meme compares Poland’s history to a TV series: different maps of the country are presented as seasons, remakes, fan projects, and controversial storylines. The joke dramatizes historical changes, conflicts, and territorial claims as if they were part of a television franchise.
