No Diploma, Israeli Entry Refusal

Text on the meme

no diploma but I have this Population and Immigration Authority רשות האוכלוסין וההגירה Refusal of Entry Into Israel

What it means

A blurry photo shows an official Israeli Population and Immigration Authority document titled “Refusal of Entry Into Israel,” with the caption “no diploma but I have this.” The joke is that being refused entry to Israel is presented as an absurd substitute for having an academic diploma, so the image is sent as a self-deprecating reaction to an unusual or questionable achievement.
