Cats Waiting for the Speech

The speech will happen any minute now...

Several cats gather in a room and stare toward a black cabinet as if attending a formal speech. One cat sits above them like a speaker while the others wait expectantly, making the joke a parody of a crowd waiting for an important address that never seems to begin. The battle-cry-like crowd audio heightens the absurdity and makes the cats feel like an impatient audience.
