EN: The image shows a bar or restaurant where urinals are installed beneath the counter instead of ordinary legroom, while drink taps and glasses sit on the countertop. The joke comes from the absurd combination of a bar counter and a restroom; people send it as a reaction to strange design or an extremely uncomfortable place.
