Text on the meme

Hatsune Miku trips while climbing over a railing and fcking dies

What it means

Hatsune Miku climbs over a railing in a dark, grimy industrial stairwell, then trips and falls into the pit below. The joke comes from placing the cheerful virtual singer in a dangerous video-game environment and treating her absurd accident with dramatic finality, accompanied by the melancholic ambient music “Triage at Dawn” by Valve from Half-Life 2.
