Silicon Copy Self-Care
sometimes instead of affirmations i just say nice things to a silicon copy of my head and brush her hair
A young woman sits behind a second woman whose head rests in the foreground, while brushing her hair. The caption jokes about replacing positive affirmations with affection toward a silicone replica of one’s own head, creating an absurdly surreal self-care scenario.
