Human Turns Off VSync

Text on the meme

human today I will turn off vsync

What it means

A crudely drawn stick figure appears in four panels while the caption announces that a human will turn off VSync. The joke is that disabling vertical synchronization is presented as a dramatically ominous or absurdly important decision, making this a reaction to gaming or computer settings.
