ADHD Leaves My Body
The ADHD leaving my body when my mom tels me to “Get a planner”
A glowing astral body floats away from a person lying down. The joke is that someone with ADHD mentally checks out when their mom gives the simplistic advice to get a planner, as if organization alone could solve ADHD. It is used as a relatable reaction to impractical advice about attention and productivity. EN: A glowing astral body floats away from a person lying down.
