Girls and Men Alone at Home

Pov: Girls when they're alone Pov: Men when they're alone

What it means

The clip humorously contrasts girls and men when they are home alone: the woman calmly cooks and eats, while the man turns ordinary household objects into imaginary weapons and playfully patrols the room. The punchline is the exaggerated stereotype that men act like children or action heroes when nobody is watching. The scenes are set to “i was only temporary (Slowed + Reverb)” by my head is empty, whose dreamy, melancholic music makes the childish behavior feel dramatically serious and absurd.
