Text on the meme

What it means

EN: The USSR is shown on the left with queues at McDonald’s, Pepsi-Cola, and Pizza Hut, while Russia is shown on the right with a crying meme character and none of these establishments. The joke ironically plays on nostalgia for the Soviet era and mocks the contrast between the USSR and modern Russia through the absurd “there is” and “there isn’t” captions.
