Do you know what day it is today? ...April 30th?
A dark, low-resolution video-game scene shows a pale eyepatched figure asking what day it is, followed by a blond armored character answering, “...April 30th?” The joke is a surreal reaction to April 30, used when someone is confused about the date or dramatically realizes an oddly specific day.
