Called Socialist Anyway
When you were supported in the elections by the magnates, you privatized the banks, shipyards, railways and formed strong ties with private capital, supplying it with slave labor, brutally suppressing the communists, but at the same time they call you a socialist because, well, your party had "-socialist" in its name.
A black-and-white collage shows Adolf Hitler and other laughing authoritarian figures beneath a long political caption. The joke mocks the labeling of fascist or authoritarian politics as socialist merely because a party name contains “socialist,” despite privatization, cooperation with private capital, forced labor, and anti-communist repression. It is used as a sarcastic reaction to simplistic political labels and historical revisionism.
