Welcome to Silent Hill

What it means

A blonde woman in a green jacket sits in a vehicle and holds her head in apparent distress, with a “Welcome to Silent Hill” sign behind her. The joke uses the bleak horror setting as a reaction to feeling overwhelmed, doomed, or trapped in a terrifying situation.
