Alcohol and Drug Abuse Lake
Alcohol and Drug Abuse Lake HOP IN FELLAS THE WATER’S FINE
A man in a dress shirt, tie, and suspenders stands waist-deep in a swimming pool while drinking from a cup and gesturing invitingly. Above him, a map labels the pool-like destination “Alcohol and Drug Abuse Lake,” making the joke a darkly cheerful invitation to join obviously destructive behavior. The clip is set to Daft Punk’s “Voyager,” whose smooth, upbeat electronic groove makes the reckless scene feel stylish, casual, and comically unconcerned.
