Medicine Bottle Caps Are Serving Sizes

Text on the meme

I was today years old when I realized that the caps on medicine bottles are actually serving sizes...

What it means

A collage shows medicine bottles, their caps, and piles of pills arranged as if the caps were measuring cups or serving bowls. The joke falsely interprets bottle caps as intended serving sizes, exaggerating how much medication someone might take as an absurd realization.
