Waking up a black-eyed leaf frog from his slumber

What it means

A gloved hand gently wakes a bright green black-eyed leaf frog in a terrarium, and the frog gradually opens its huge glossy eyes and becomes alert. The joke treats the sleepy frog’s transformation like a dramatic awakening, made funnier by the energetic music, Tomcbumpz’s “braincells.”
