Wash Your Noodles Before Boiling

Text on the meme

reminder to wash your noodles before boiling

What it means

A tiny fluffy kitten is gently washed and rinsed in a bathroom sink while lying on its back and staring at the camera with huge eyes. The caption jokingly calls the kitten a noodle that must be washed before boiling, turning an innocent bath into absurd dark humor; the soft, wistful music by ヘクとパスカル, “fish in the pool・花屋敷,” makes the joke feel even more melodramatic and cute. People send this video as an absurd reaction to something adorable, helpless, or being humorously “prepared” for a task.
