Quick, He's Changing

QUICK! HE'S CHANGING! [S CREECHING] MAKE MY DAY.

What it means

A fast, absurd montage of dramatic transformation and action scenes plays on a television: a cloaked figure appears to change, onlookers react in horror, a tiny bat is confronted with a revolver, and a man gets into a chaotic fight. The repeated captions and exaggerated music turn unrelated movie moments into a joke about an impossibly versatile or constantly changing character.
